On Saturday, August 2, 2014, over 140 individuals came out to Centennial Park in downtown Nashville, TN to participate in our 2nd Annual WOD for Water – Nashville. It was an extremely hot day, but it didn’t stop these athletes from joining together for a 4 person team workout rotating through 5 different stations ranging from 100 Burpees to 100 lunges to 100 situps just to name a few.
Over $24,000 was raised for clean water projects that day!
After the event, everyone was really encouraged by the impact that will be made around the world because people joined together for one common goal, bringing clean and living water to the poor throughout Africa and Asia.
We look forward to hosting WOD for Water in Nashville again next fall and hope to see you there!
